Project Management

Our services within project management are aimed at delivery on-time and within budget. This includes scoping the project and any detailed specifications; planning the financial budgets, resource requirements, time frame and key milestones; risk assessment and contingency planning; implementation of the project plan using appropriate control measures. Finally, evaluation of the project and the implementation process.

Change Management

DFF has a wealth of UK and international experience of successful change management. The process involves addressing the way in which people think and behave. Sometimes it goes as deep as their basic value systems and may entail working across different nationalities and cultures in acheiving a paradigm shift.
Whether introducing a new IT system, shift pattern or warehouse, the successful management of change is fundamental to the success of an implementation. The qualities necessary to move people through the change process, from a state of shock, through denials, defensiveness, frustration, acceptance, the search for meaning to full integration are many. They include political, analytical, people – particularly team-building, systems and business skills. An excellent communications strategy and sound communications skills are vital.
